Desde entonces, el panorama regulatorio se ha movido r\u00e1pido.<\/p>\n<p>Para <strong>responsables de Personas o L&#038;D<\/strong>, el ruido de los titulares puede generar confusi\u00f3n. Por eso, sintetizamos las novedades legales m\u00e1s recientes y c\u00f3mo impactan en tu plan de formaci\u00f3n actual.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Reglamento \u00d3mnibus: el aplazamiento no afecta a RRHH<\/h2>\n<p>El Parlamento Europeo ha aprobado su posici\u00f3n sobre el <strong>Reglamento Digital \u00d3mnibus de IA<\/strong>. El titular que ha trascendido es que las obligaciones para los sistemas de alto riesgo independientes se retrasan hasta diciembre de 2027.<\/p>\n<p>Esto ha provocado que algunas empresas relajen sus planes, asumiendo una pr\u00f3rroga general. Lo que supone un error cr\u00edtico, pues la realidad es que <strong>el pr\u00f3ximo 2 de agosto entra en vigor la obligatoriedad de la alfabetizaci\u00f3n en IA (Art\u00edculo 4)<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>El art\u00edculo 4 no se pospone:<\/strong> La obligaci\u00f3n de capacitar al personal sigue adelante.<\/li>\n<li><strong>De \u00abgarantizar\u00bb a \u00abpromover\u00bb:<\/strong> El nuevo texto suaviza la redacci\u00f3n, pasando de la exigencia estricta de garantizar a la de promover la alfabetizaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> La flexibilizaci\u00f3n es real, pero <strong>la obligatoriedad se mantiene<\/strong>. Espa\u00f1a: Proyecto de Ley y doble inspecci\u00f3n en Talento<\/h2>\n<p>El Congreso ha publicado el <strong>Proyecto de Ley Org\u00e1nica para el buen uso y la gobernanza de la IA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Para las grandes organizaciones que utilizan IA en procesos de selecci\u00f3n, cribado o evaluaci\u00f3n del desempe\u00f1o, la gran novedad es la <strong>doble supervisi\u00f3n sectorial<\/strong>. El control del uso de la IA en el empleo depender\u00e1 de dos organismos con capacidad inspectora:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>La AESIA<\/strong> (Agencia Espa\u00f1ola de Supervisi\u00f3n de la Inteligencia Artificial).<\/li>\n<li><strong>La AEPD<\/strong> (Agencia Espa\u00f1ola de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nos encontramos frente a dos agencias reales cuyos <strong>reg\u00edmenes sancionadores pueden acumularse<\/strong> si se detecta falta de competencia o gobernanza en los equipos que operan estas tecnolog\u00edas.<\/p>\n<h2>3.
